If you’ve ordered from us and have a question, you can just reply to one of our text messages.

Our clinical team will read your message and get back to you. Our team provides support and care during working hours: 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week. You can message any time, but for some questions, we’ll need a little time to get back to you.

If you have an urgent enquiry, especially if you’re experiencing painful symptoms or side effects, call 112.
