Changes to our service over the festive period
Over the festive period some of our services will be reduced and the post may be delayed.
Our online service will continue to be available 24/7. Our teams will have reduced availability for sharing results, diagnosing, prescribing emergency contraception and offering advice.
Communication may be slower than usual over the holiday period. Please bear with us, we will get back to you.
We expect delays to the post in the lead up to and during the festive period. This can affect our delivery times for all services.
STI test kits
Last dispatch before Christmas is on Friday 22 December 2023
Orders will be fulfilled between Christmas and New Year and dispatched between 27 to 29 December 2024
STI test results
Due to the reduced availability of our clinical team, we will not be sending test results from 23 to 26 December 2024 or from 30 December 2024 - 1 January 2025
