Over the festive period some of our services will be reduced and the post may be delayed.
Our online service will continue to be available 24/7. We may take more time than usual to respond to your messages and emails over the holiday period. Please bear with us, we will get back to you.
We expect postal delays in the lead up to and during the festive period. This can affect our delivery times for all services.
STI test kits
Last dispatch before Christmas is on Wednesday 24 December 2025. Remember, delays with postal services will affect the delivery time of your order.
Orders made after the 24 December will be fulfilled and dispatched between 29 to 31 December 2025.
STI test results
Due to the reduced availability of our clinical team, we will not be sending test results from 25 to 29 December 2025 or from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026.
